BatiFire: from the idea to today
2014: An observation

That year, wewere tasked with structuring and effectively monitoring fire safety registers,while ensuring exemplary compliance with fire risk assessments.Despite some improvements, these objectives were not achieved in two years, mainly due to the complexity of the physical paperwork and organisational constraints.
This failure convinced us that the time had come to develop digital registers
2015: A sign

On 13 January 2015, the Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy announced the creation of a PRM access register as a new requirement for all public access buildings.
For us,this was the trigger we had been waiting for: confirmation that a digital register was not just something it would be nice to have… it was a must have.
It was the signal that something had to be done.
2016: The Adventure Begins

We launched the first online register dedicated to safety and accessibility. This was the starting point for an exhilarating adventure. Very quickly, BatiFire established it self as an appealing, user-friendly and ultra-collaborative solution that revolutionised the regulatory management of buildings.
We chose to co-develop BatiFire with our customers. Through user clubs and focus groups, we have today developed our solution far beyond the initial concept, so much so that it rivals certain CMMS solutions.
2021: Recognised Innovation

In April 2021, the Ain departmental fire and rescue service (SDIS) asked us to develop an operational application capable of transmitting crucial information about buildings in real time in the event of an emergency.This collaboration reinforced our vision: to make BatiFire an innovative, socially responsible solution at everyone’s service. Rolled out in early 2022, this operational component, integrated into BatiFire, is available free of charge.
2025: BCorp certification for BatiFire

In 2025, we were awarded B Corp certification. This recognition highlights our social,societal and environmental commitment.
It highlights our ambition of achieving a lasting positive impact, over and beyond profit. Our Emergency Services module, which is free for operators and the emergency services, embodies this commitment to solidarity.
