Asbestos

The asbestos technical file brings together all documents related to the presence of asbestos in a building or site. It is mandatory for any building owner of properties constructed before July 1997 and aims to ensure the safety of occupants and workers.
4 good reasons to adopt BatiFire for your digital asbestos register

BatiFire allows you to gather all asbestos-related documents in a single secure space. This register includes the Asbestos Technical File, survey reports, diagnostics, removal or encapsulation actions, as well as all information useful for locating asbestos-containing materials (ACM).

With BatiFire, every action or intervention is securely archived with fast and structured access to all documents. The resulting digital history complies with regulatory requirements and provides strong evidence of actions taken in case of inspection or audit.

Instant sharing of critical information with external contractors or the security forces and the emergency services significantly reduces exposure risks due to lack of awareness of the presence of asbestos. Worksites are secured, interventions are controlled and risk areas are clearly identified using visual support tools.

The platform helps you efficiently manage your regulatory obligations. You benefit from automated deadline tracking, reminders for required updates or diagnostics, and a global overview of all actions carried out across your sites, ensuring no oversight or delay.
