The story of BatiFire Ops
2021 : The Challenge
The Fire and Rescue Service of the departement of Ain contacted us to design an operational application enabling real-time access to essential building information during their emergency response.
2022: The Deployment
Deployed at the beginning of 2022, this component integrated into BatiFire fulfils a clear ambition: to provide a useful, concrete and mutually beneficial solution, freely accessible to the emergency services.
September 2022: First User Club
We organised the very first BatiFire user club in Bourg-en-Bresse. This event brought together several Departmental Fire and Rescue Services, including those of the 01, 25, 71 07 and 74 départments.
This user club marked a key step in the co-construction of the tool, encouraging exchanges between stakeholders and strengthening the operational relevance of the solution.
2025: B Corp Certification
In 2025, we obtained B Corp certification, an international recognition that confirms our commitment to social, societal and environmental performance.
Our Emergency Services module, made freely available to operators and the emergency services, fully illustrates this commitment and our ambition to contribute to the public good.
Redesignof the OPS application
In 2026, weare carrying out a redesign of the OPS application with the launch of version2. Smoother, faster and more intuitive, this new version significantly improvesthe user experience in the field.
It comeswith a completely redesigned back-office, offering more simplicity, performanceand flexibility in data management.
BatiFire Ops, the building blockfor the emergency services
BatiFire Ops is the application used before and during responses by the emergency services. Available on tablet and computer, it provides immediate access to key building information: plans, access points, risks, technical shut-offs.
The Emergency module, the app for operators
Building information is entered upstream by operators via the Emergency Services module.
This link is what makes the difference: field data that is up to date and directly usable on the day of the emergency response.
